Cooking Demonstrations at the Granger Homestead

Executive Chef Timothy Boland will present three cooking classes/demonstrations at the Granter Homestead, 295 North Main Street, Canandaigua in April.  Chef Boland served fourteen years as Head Chef at 101 Talbot Restaurant, Dublin , Ireland.

 

Period Cooking – April 19, from 10am to 12:30 pm.  Explore period recipes from 19th century.   Bake from the Granger women and Mary Clark Thompson recipes.  Cost:  $30

Spring Cooking – April 23, from 6 to 8:30 pm.  Explore the history of traditional Spring time foods, utilizing local crops.  Cost:  $30  

Cultural Cooking – April 30 from 6 to 8:30 pm.  Learn about the use of bold flavors from China and India .  This session features a sit-down meal.  Cost:  $35
